This hotel has the perfect location, right in the center of the city and close to Sydney fish market. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they have thought of everything. I loved the complimentary confectionary station in the foyer, it was a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. They also had a laundry room with washers and dryers for guests to use free of charge. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the room was amazing.

The interior design of the room was not impressive, it felt a bit dull compared to the rest of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's interior design is unique and artistically decorated. The staff were super friendly and even gave us an early check-in. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to Darling Harbour and lots of restaurant choices. The room was spacious, clean, and had a genius design for water drainage in the shower area. We loved the free mini bar and snacks, and the daily refill was a great touch. a great value for money and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the room was comfortable with modern decor and a comfortable bed. the restaurant offered delicious food and the bar had a great variety of drinks. the private facilities were excellent, including a spa and gym. the location was great with easy access to the city's attractions.

The only issue was with the service, which was slow at times. the friendly staff made up for it with their warm and welcoming attitude.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the ICC convention center and surrounded by charm. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make my Christmas stay special. They set up a disco ball and had dance music playing for me to walk into for my birthday. The little extras like a personalized card, badge for a free cocktail, and complimentary lollies were a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a bathroom with a rain shower and bath.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the harbor where you can easily catch a ferry to explore different parts of the city. It is also within walking distance of many main attractions in the area. The rooms are modern, fresh, and comfortable, with amenities such as Apple TV and Amazon Alexa. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the minibar is a nice extra. There is also a complimentary happy hour and continental buffet breakfast available.

The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved, as there were some issues with outside noise from surrounding streets and the car park.

I had such a great experience at this hidden gem in Darling Harbour. The staff was friendly and the rooms were amazing. The highlight was the funky bar and restaurant, where Patrick, the host, made us feel so welcome. We couldn't resist having a drink there every night. highly recommended!

Thoughtful extras and great location! We loved the fully stocked room with wine, beer, and snacks. The convenience of being near Darling Harbour was a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is indeed luxurious! We were delighted with the exclusive amenities in our cozy and comfortable room. the restaurant was excellent and the bar area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the private facilities were also a great added touch, adding to our overall feeling of being pampered. Service was impeccable, with friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs were met.

The only minor issue was the lack of a leisure/TV room. While there were ample amenities elsewhere in the hotel, it would have been nice to have a dedicated space for relaxation other than just our room.

The hotel was a great boutique experience. The converted warehouse had a warm and cute entrance with a vaulted ceiling. The service was excellent, with efficient check-in and excellent room service. The decor and rooms were unique and different from standard big chain hotels. The room included Amazon assistant and Apple TV, useful. The free in-room lollie bag, free mini bar, and free breakfast were the icing on the cake.
